Kill Stonesplinter Trogg and Stonesplinter Scout, loot Trogg Stone Tooth. You don’t need to kill them all now.
Grind north killing the Tunnel Rat Vermin and Tunnel Rat Scout on the outskirts of the camps as you go, avoid the main camps if you’re solo as they usually come as two or three and will overwhelm you. -
Grind East to the mine. Loot Miners' Gear (Crates).
TIP: Clear a decent amount of space outside the mine then head inside, avoid pulling more than one mob here and move back towards the entrance if needed as there are patrols. The easiest spawns of Trogg Stone Tooth are on the right as you enter and down the tunnel to the left. There are more as you go deeper but it’s riskier. -
Kill Tunnel Rat Vermin and Tunnel Rat Scout for 12 Tunnel Rat Ear on your way back down south if you need more.
There are more Elder Black Bear, Forest Lurker, Mountain Boar spawns over the road for Thelsemar Blood Sausages if you need them.
You should have this complete by the time you get back to the the Troggs.
