Start killing Pygmy Tide Crawler, loot 6 Crawler legs, moving south slowly along the beach.

Clear Greymist Coastrunner around the beached sea creature, then loot it for Sea Creature Bones

Grind slightly inland and south until you explore the furbolg camp for How Big A Threat, try to find a Rabid Thistle Bear slightly south, agro it and use Tharnariun's Hope when he’s hitting you for Plagued Lands.

Grind back north to town, killing any Foreststrider Fledgling you see for Strider Meat.

Continue north along the road, continue to kill Foreststrider Fledgling preferably.

Kill Vile Sprite and Wild Grell until you have 8 Grell Earring. -

Grind south on anything except Bears, run up the hill to discover the red crystal, then continue south west.

Kill any of the Highborne Ghosts on your way through Ameth’aran, loot them for Highborne Relic.
Make a /tar anaya macro and kill Anaya Dawnrunner when you see her for Anaya's Pendant.The Fall of Ameth'Aran -
Grind on Highborne Ghosts for the remainder of the 7 Highborne Relic
Click the stone under the Gazebo for Bashal’Aran.
Click square slabs for The fall of Ameth’aran, one is south near gazebo, one is north near other gazebo.

Use the Cliffspring River Sample at the base of the waterfall.

You can kill some Reef Crawler on the beach north west of here for some Fine Crab Chunks as the droprate is quite bad. Head south again towards town killing the last 5 Rabid Thistle Bear and Moonstalker where possible.
