The Tower of Althalaxx

Kill Dark Strand Cultist and other Dark Strand Mobs for Glowing Soul Gem (~5% Drop chance).
If you clear them and still don’t have it, continue.

Loot 5 Bathran's Hair (Small clumps of grass around this area),
Head back to #5 if you didn’t get the gem yet.

Kill Saltspittle Puddlejumper and other Murlocs around here until Glowing Gem drops.

The Ancient Statuette

Kill Wrathtail Sorceress and Wrathtail Razortail while heading north for Wrathtail Head
Loot the Ancient Statuette (small statue on ground)

The Ancient Statuette > Wait 10 secs for followup, Ruuzel

Head north to the small island, killing any more Nagas you need for Wrathtail Head.
Kill Ruuzel for Ring of Zoram

Head back to Maestra’s Post.

Head South, grind on Demons round the back of the mountain until you get to a hill. Go up and kill Ilkrud Magthrull for Ilkrud Magthrull's Tome, then head back to Maestra’s post.

The Tower of Althalaxx > Supplies to Auberdine
Skip the Tower of Althalaxx followup.

Escort Feero Ironhand north to the border of Ashenvale and Darkshore (tough to solo but possible).

• First Ambush:
  4 Dark Strand Assassin (Regular melee mobs)
• Second Ambush:
  3 Forsaken Scout
• Third Ambush (tough to solo):
  3 Satyrs spawn.
  Left: Caedakar the Vicious – fires lightning bolts.
  Centre: Aligar the Tormentor – melee.
  Right: Balizar the Umbrage – fires shadow bolts and can cast curse of agony, has an imp pet.
  

Supplies to Auberdine

The Zoram Strand
Raene's Cleansing > Raene's Cleansing, An Aggressive Defense
Orendil's Cure > wait a few sec, Elune's Tear

Head west out of town, then north into the Furbolg camp.
Grind into the main enclosure and grind here until Dal Bloodclaw shows up (he patrols around).
Kill him and loot Dal Bloodclaw's Skull
Leave the camp through the east gate.

Grind to the centre of the lake and loot Elune's Tear, then head back west down the ramp to Astranaar.

Elune's Tear -> wait a few sec, The Ruins of Stardust

Head south and then west to the lake, the Handful of Stardust are on bushes in the middle of the lake, loot 5 and head east.

Elemental Bracers

Kill Befouled Water Elemental in the lake until you have 5 Intact Elemental Bracer, then use Divining Scroll

Elemental Bracers, skip the followup

Kill Furbolgs all around this area to the east and west, there are a few camps. The Foulweald Ursa and Foulweald Den Watcher are only in the camps, the others patrol around.

Raene's Cleansing, skip the followup. Return to Astranaar

The Ruins of Stardust, skip the followup.
An Aggressive Defense
Culling the Threat

Head South to Talondeep Path and go through to Stonetalon.

Carefully travel through Windshear Crag, don’t kill mobs and avoid horde.
On Guard in Stonetalon -> On Guard in Stonetalon skip the followup.

Travel north along the path avoiding horde and mobs, slightly north of sun rock retreat there is a pass up the mountain to skip to the charred vale.

Carefully travel south through The Charred Vale without fighting anything on the way to Desolace.

Avoid mobs in desolace as they are high level, get the flight path.
Hearthstone to Menethil
Fly to Ironforge and train new (useful) skills.
Check engi vendor for Bronze Tube, if not there then buy from AH.
