If you are skipping the elites, you can run to the sea between the wall and the hills through a cave to Faldir’s Cove.

Azure Agate drops from Boulderfist Shaman on the Ogre side.

Otto and Lord Falconcrest are on the Syndicate side in the main keep.

The Stromgarde Badge drop off Syndicate elites.
After completing all of the elite quests, head down towards the Ogre side and hug the left wall. There is a break in the keep wall where you can head out. Head through a cave to Faldir’s Cove

Use the Goggles of Gem Hunting
These quests are really fast if you have appropriate Elixir of Water Breathing and Swim Speed Potion. -
Kill 10 Daggerspine Raider and 3 Daggerspine Sorceress as you go.
For the first boat, (nearest the cove)
The Maiden's Folly Log is on the middle deck, under the stairs in a bucket near a load of debris (looks like a book)
The Maiden's Folly Charts are on the same middle deck on the side of the middle column before a hole in the ship to the sea floor (looks like a map)
For the second boat (furthest from cove)
The Spirit of Silverpine Charts are on the middle deck (looks like a map on box next to cannon)
The Spirit of Silverpine Log is on the ocean floor inside the boat (looks like a book)

If not 40 or don’t have 90g Fly to Loch Modan
If you can afford mount, run to Amberstill Ranch and buy it, then head to Loch Modan.
